Thank you for placing an order at www.DesignerWaxing.com online store! In doing so, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions; and remember, all orders are subject to availability.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, however delivery times may vary as they are dependent on the carrier, because of this we cannot be held responsible for postal delays; please see our Delivery and Shipping Notice for further information. We deliver to mainland UK only using Royal Mail & City-link.
In order to purchase from www.DesignerWaxing.com, you must be the cardholder of the debit/credit card being used for the purchase, and provide true, accurate and current personal information. By placing an order on www.DesignerWaxing.com you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or to use a false name, or a name that you are not authorized to use. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may occasionally alter these Terms and Conditions at our discretion
Contract
When you place an order at www.DesignerWaxing.com, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order; this will only be an acknowledgment, and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between us will not crystalise until we send you email confirmation that the goods ordered have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all the product details at www.DesignerWaxing.com online store are correct, errors may occur. If we discover or are notified of a mistake, we will inform you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If you decided to cancel and payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

All prices on the Designer Waxing website are quoted in UK Sterling, and where relevant, are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).
Disclaimer of Liability
Great care has been taken to ensure that everything listed on www.DesignerWaxing.com is presented as accurately as possible, however color clarity will depend upon the monitor on which you view the items therefore we cannot guarantee that the color the items is entirely accurate.

Delivery Policy
UK Delivery £4.95 3-7 working days
Remote Areas £6.95 3-7 working days
All our deliveries within mainland UK are sent via courier (City Link). If you would like to track your items, please call 0141 353 2011 or email info@designerwaxing.com for your unique tracking number. We endeavor to dispatch your item(s) next day, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We also use Royal Mail’s post service for smaller items.
Out of Stock Items
We aim to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, however you may order items which are temporarily out of stock. Should this occur, we will email you confirmation of the order, advising of any out of stock items, and the expected delivery date.
Returns Policy
Should you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately via email info@designerwaxing.com we will provide you with 3 options:
- Replacement of item
- Choice of alternative item
- Full refund
Designer Waxing will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order. The original handling and delivery charges will not be reimbursed in the case of a refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and not occur any costs if the items has not yet been shipped. Please call us on 0141 353 2011
You may cancel the contract between you and www.DesignerWaxing.com for any reason by giving written notice within 14 days of the formation of the contract. If you do cancel within this period, you will be, in full, upon receipt of any goods sent to under the contract you have cancelled. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping charges are at your expense.
Legal
In the event of any kind of dispute, both parties will try to come to a friendly agreement. If this is not possible the “Courts of Glasgow” will have jurisdiction to deal with the case and the parties will not have recourse to use any other Jurisdiction for the purpose of legal action.
